Having problems with our apps? Here’s a video that shows how our apps work.

Our apps are mature and we have almost no crashes. So if the app is not behaving correctly for you, there are two things to do.

The most common reason for problems is full memory. Try deleting apps, photos or information you no longer use to make some room.

If you’ve just downloaded the app, there may have been some sort of a download glitch. Try deleting the app and downloading it again.

Apple keeps track of everything you’ve downloaded or paid for before so you don’t need to worry about being double charged for paid apps if you delete the app from your device and reinstall it.
